Project Controls Engineer

Koket Investment is looking for a data-driven and highly organized Project Controls Engineer. You will be the "nerve center" of our project delivery, ensuring that leadership has total visibility into timelines, risks, and progress. Your mission is to move beyond simple scheduling and provide the analytical backbone that keeps our commercial delivery packages on track and under budget.


Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for the accuracy and rhythm of our project data. Your primary duties include:

• Reporting Cadence: Establishing and owning the weekly and monthly reporting cycles. You will transform raw site data into clear, actionable progress reports for stakeholders.
• Milestone Tracking: Developing and maintaining detailed project schedules. You will proactively identify "critical path" risks and ensure every milestone from groundbreaking to handover is met.
• Issue Visibility: Creating frameworks for identifying and escalating bottlenecks. You will ensure that site-facing issues are visible to management before they impact the budget or timeline.
• Package Coordination: Overseeing active delivery packages to ensure contractors and vendors are performing against their contractual timelines.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
• Experience: 6 years in project controls, planning, or project management, ideally within commercial construction.
• Technical Toolkit: Mastery of project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) and advanced data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
• Analytical Mindset: A natural ability to spot trends in data and predict potential delays before they occur.
• Communication: The ability to push for data from site teams while effectively summarizing high-level risks for executives.
