Koket Investment is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Architect to join our team. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between initial design vision and physical completion. You will work across the full project lifecycle from refining concepts to resolving complex site-facing issues, ensuring our commercial developments meet the highest standards of design and functionality.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be the technical glue of our projects, ensuring that design intent is never lost in translation. Your primary duties include:

Technical Coordination: Leading the coordination of design packages with external consultants and contractors to ensure seamless integration of all building systems.
Design Refinement: Taking initial concepts and polishing them into executable technical drawings and specifications.
Material & Interior Oversight: Reviewing and approving material selections and interior detailing to maintain aesthetic and quality benchmarks.
Construction Support: Serving as the primary point of contact for site clarifications (RFIs), resolving design conflicts during delivery, and ensuring the final build aligns with the original design intent.

Qualifications & Skills

Education: Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch).
Experience: 3 years of experience, with a strong portfolio in commercial projects.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Revit, AutoCAD, and specialized BIM coordination software.
The "Fixer" Mentality: A proven ability to troubleshoot design issues on-site and provide rapid, elegant solutions.
Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex architectural concepts to contractors and stakeholders alike.
